Summer Tutoring Program - 8 hours (Semi-private rate subject to change)
  • Regular Rate: $578
  • Early Bird Special-Register by July 7th: $520

Summer Tutoring Program Dates: June 30th – August 22nd

  • Session Schedule: 9:30-11:30 / 11:30-1:30 / 2:00-4:00
  • Session # 1: June 30th – July 11th (Closed July 5th)
  • Session # 2: July 14th –  July 25th 
  • Session # 3: July 28th  – August 8th
  • Session # 4 : August 11th - August 22nd

Summer Tutoring Programs

  • Math Prep (All levels) -- Math preparation for all levels of mathematics including Elementary, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus.
  • Number Sense -- Strengthens a student’s ability in the following areas: mental math, word problems, math facts, and number sense.
  • Writer’s Workshop -- Students will practice writing, proofreading, and revising a variety of essays.
  • Book Club -- Students will improve their reading/comprehension skills by reading and discussing a variety of novels.
  • Speed Reading -- Students will learn and practice techniques to increase the number of words read per minute.
  • Science Prep (All levels) -- Science preparation for all levels of science.
  • Test Prep* -- Students will prepare for their upcoming standardized tests by completing practice exams, writing essays, and learning a variety of tricks to help increase their overall score.
  • Summer Math Packet -- Students will complete their summer math packet.
  • College Essay Writing* -- This course offers help planning and revising college essays
  • Organizational Skills -- Students will improve their organization skills by being a student during the summer. Students will be given assignments, a binder, projects, and tests in an effort to improve their organization skills.  Each session the instructor will evaluate each student’s progress.
